Nami Matsushima (Meiko Kaji) befindet sich weiterhin auf der Flucht und entkommt in der U-Bahn einem Verfolger nur knapp, indem sie ihm einen Arm abschlägt. Fortan irrt sie hilflos in der Großstadt umher und trifft auf die Prostituierte Yuki (Yayoi Watanabe), die mit ihrem schwachsinnigen Bruder zusammenwohnt, und Nami Unterschlupf gewährt. Als eine Kollegin Yukis auf Befehl der grausamen Puffbetreiberin Tanida (Takashi Fujiki) zu einer Abtreibung gezwungen wird und dabei zu Tode kommt, schwört Nami Rache – obwohl ihr bereits die halbe Stadt auf den Fersen ist.
